The covenant

Five commitments. Signed, enforced, permanent.

A standard is only worth citing if no one who is measured by it can buy it. This page is the constitution of the Reddenda standard.

Pillar 01

The Covenant: we take no payer money.

Not as a client. Not as a licensee. Not as an acquirer of data. Every data license carries a no-payer-sublicense rider, and every exhibit order carries a buyer attestation that the buyer does not represent a payer, TPA, or claim-pricer. We report on payers. We never sell to them.

Pillar 02

The Standard: one bounded score, 300 to 850.

RateScore is computed against the local peer median and the provider's own payers, never a national average. The shape is sacred: bounded, memorable, comparable. A standard everyone cites is worth more than the rows beneath it.

Pillar 03

The Verified Join: no row, no claim.

Anyone can download the public files. We stitched them to real provider identity through the registry-verified join, stripped the ghost rates, and kept the lineage intact from source file to rendered number.

Pillar 04

The Ledger: time is the moat.

The rate-history ledger and the confirmed-renewal graph accrue only by running early, and they exist in no public filing. A competitor starting later cannot back-fill what we already recorded.

Pillar 05

The Number Law: fetched or absent.

Every figure on every surface comes live from the deterministic engine or it does not render. Dollar figures are documented reimbursement opportunity, modeled not guaranteed, and we say so in the same breath. AI writes prose here. It never writes numbers.
