The data estate

What we hold is live, joined, and working. What we are indexing is listed.

This is the estate behind the standard: what each dataset is in plain language, what it makes possible, and who it serves. Everything joins on the same keys: provider, organization, geography, procedure, payer. That joining is the moat.

314M+ commercial rate rows serving now · counters read live from the database live from the estate · as of 2026-07-15 · refreshes on load
what reading one file costs

One payer’s monthly disclosure arrived as 4.75 GB of machine-readable JSON. Inside it, a few hundred rows priced one real practice. We streamed the whole file to find them, verified them to the provider’s NPI, and put them on one page. That asymmetry is the company: the files are public and unreadable. The reading is ours.

The live estate

Held, populated, and serving today. Live counters are fetched at load; fixed figures are from the verified estate inventory.
