How editions work
Frozen means frozen.
An edition is a record, not a dashboard. It follows four rules, and they do not bend.
A version and a date on every artifact.
Every finding, chart, and PDF carries its vintage. A number that printed in one edition is never quietly rewritten in the next; the next edition prints alongside it.
Permanent citation anchors.
Every finding has its own URL. A hearing brief can point at one claim, not a whole page, and the link will still resolve when someone follows it.
Chart-level sharing.
Copy the link to a single finding. The reader lands on that finding, reads the method beside it, and sees the same number you saw.
Ungated by default.
The reading page is always open. A gate appears only on a retention ask, the frozen PDF, and only ever asks for a work email.
