Reddenda Verified · the exhibit family

Paper both sides are forced to trust.

Reddenda issues three evidence documents under one seal: an arbitration pack, a litigation exhibit, and a sell-side rate exhibit. Different tables, same discipline. Each is built from federally disclosed rates, joined to verified provider identity, and sealed with a content hash either side can check without asking our permission.

RDN identifier + SHA-256 on every exhibit identical methodology for all parties no PHI required

Each exhibit is ordered on its own page and carries a buyer attestation. Multi-entity and portfolio scopes are quoted on a call, never inline.

The family

One discipline, prepared for three different fights.

Arbitration, litigation, and the data room each read evidence their own way, so the framing changes. The data, the methodology, and the seal never do.

arbitration

IDR Evidence Pack

$1,500 one-time · one dispute · one NPI

When a payer forces a dispute into federal IDR, the arbiter picks one offer. This pack puts the local market's verified rate reality behind yours: per-code position against the local peer median, sealed and citable.

litigation

Verified Litigation Exhibits

$1,500 single market$7,500 multi-market

Court-ready commercial rate evidence: what a code actually pays in a market, documented to the source file. Prepared with identical methodology for all parties and built to survive cross-examination, because every number traces.

sell-side

Verified Rate Exhibit

$2,990 · one NPI · sell-side

The data-room seal for a practice sale. One NPI's verified commercial rate position, on a page the buyer reads exactly as the seller does. Revenue quality stops being the fight and starts being the record.

Prices are posted and final. Ordering happens on each exhibit page and carries the buyer attestation. Anything multi-entity is scoped on a call.

The seal

Change one digit and the hash breaks.

The seal is not a logo. It is arithmetic.

The identifier

Every exhibit is issued an RDN identifier at build time. One document, one identifier, one record on our side of what was issued, to whom, and when.

The hash

A SHA-256 content hash is computed from the finished document and printed on its face. Alter a rate, a percentile, or a date anywhere inside and the published hash no longer matches.

The check

Verification is independent at reddenda.com/verify. Paste the identifier, compare the hash. You never have to trust the party who handed you the paper. You never have to trust us either.

The shared spine

Four disciplines make the paper hold.

A document is only as strong as its weakest number. Every exhibit in the family, whatever the table, is built the same way.

Federally disclosed rates

Every number starts in a Transparency-in-Coverage machine-readable file that federal law forces payers to publish. Not surveys, not claims samples, not estimates.

The NPPES-verified join

Rates are stitched to real provider identity through the NPPES registry. The exhibit speaks about a specific provider in a specific market because the join is verified, not inferred.

Ghost rates stripped

Payer files list rates under provider names that never performed the service. Those rows are detected and removed before an exhibit is built, so the local median is a median of reality.

Lineage intact

From source file to rendered number, every figure keeps its chain of custody. Ask where a number came from and the answer is a file, a row, and a date.

Who may buy

We report on payers. We never sell to them.

Every exhibit order carries a buyer attestation: the buyer is not a payer, not a third-party administrator, not a claim-pricing vendor, and is not purchasing on behalf of one. That checkbox is not friction. It is the seal's meaning. A referee that sells to the team it referees is not a referee.

We take no payer money. Ever. Not as a client, not as a licensee, not as an acquirer. The covenant is a signed policy, not a slogan: read it in full.

1

Order on the exhibit page

One email, the attestation, and for NPI-scoped exhibits, one NPI.

2

A human reads every order

Payment opens a request, not a door. Every purchase is reviewed.

3

Automatic within 30 minutes

If we do nothing, access opens on its own. You get one email when it is live.

4

The honest-failure promise

If the data cannot honestly support the document, we say so and make it right.

Pick your table. The seal is the same.

One email: how the seal works and how to check any Reddenda exhibit yourself. No list, no drip. Sent. The verification note is on its way to your inbox.
