The payer arrives holding the QPA, its own calculation of its own median rate. The IDR Evidence Pack puts the local commercial rate context for your disputed codes beside it: one NPI, one dispute, arbitration-ready formatting, sealed with a content hash anyone in the proceeding can verify independently.

The verified join
The public rate files are enormous and full of ghosts: rates published under names that never performed the service. The pack is built on rates stitched to real provider identity through the NPPES-verified join, ghost rates stripped, lineage intact from source file to rendered number.
The seal
Every pack carries an RDN identifier and a SHA-256 content hash printed on its face. Change one digit and the hash breaks. Opposing counsel can verify the document without trusting you, or us.
The covenant
Reddenda takes no payer money, and every order carries an attestation that the buyer is not a payer, TPA, or claim-pricer. Evidence carries more weight when the source cannot be hired by the other side.
Federal IDR runs on short clocks. Buying this does not add one.
